The Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd team speak fluent English and fluent Portuguese.

Your account manager are Portuguese or have lived in Portugal for many years and will be available face to face to manage any issues in the rare event that they arise.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd suggests that you read the booking terms and conditions and the FAQs before booking with us.

The price that has been quoted is based on the numbers and dates given at the initial enquiry. The final price will depend on exact numbers and the exact dates of travel.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made after full payment are non-refundable

Please note Stag and Hen gear may be confiscated at certain venues. Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd will not accept responsibility if this should arise.

Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a situation where you will be asked to leave the activity, Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd will not accept any responsibility for such behaviour.

Your activity may be cancelled if the supplier deems you to be too drunk to take part in the activity, the supplier may cancel the event for your own safety, Pink Monkey Stag and Hen Ltd will not accept any responsibility cancellations due to intoxication.

In the unlikely event of damages being caused, the client will be held solely responsible. When high risk activities we will ask for credit card details as a security bond. We will authorise your card for £300.00, this will be released if no damage occurs.

Acceptance of the above conditions is implied when a booking is made and this constitutes the limit of our liability.
