We know the organiser usually ends up doing all the work, chasing people for money, answering questions and trying to keep everyone happy.

You’ll have a dedicated account manager who will help you organise the weekend, answer your questions and keep everything on track from your first enquiry through to your trip.
🇬🇧 English speaking, Portugal based team
Our team speaks fluent English and Portuguese, so you don’t have to worry about language barriers when dealing with local suppliers.
Our account managers are Portuguese or have lived in Portugal for many years, giving you the advantage of having people who understand both what visitors want and how things work locally.

Most weekends run smoothly, that’s exactly how they’re supposed to run!
But if something unexpected does happen, you won’t be left trying to sort it out yourself. Our Portugal based team is here to help resolve issues and liaise with suppliers when necessary.

Claire has been organising group experiences in Portugal since 2011 and has personally overseen everything from team building activities and yacht charters to private parties and large gala dinners. Based in the north Claire covers Porto stag and hen weekends.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Before booking, please read these Booking Terms & Conditions together with our FAQs. If you have any questions about your booking, just ask us before making payment.
Prices & booking details
Any price quoted is based on the group size, dates and requirements provided at the time of your enquiry.
Your final price may change if the number of people travelling, dates, accommodation requirements or activities change.
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide you with the relevant booking details and payment information.
Deposits & payments
Deposits are non-refundable.
This is because we may need to make advance commitments and payments to suppliers on your behalf in order to secure your activities.
Once the balance has been paid in full, cancellations are non-refundable, subject to any specific cancellation terms that have been agreed for your booking.
If you think your circumstances may change, please speak to us as soon as possible.
Stag & hen merchandise
We love a good stag or hen outfit, but not every venue does!
Some venues or activity providers may refuse entry or confiscate certain stag or hen merchandise, costumes or accessories. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are refused or confiscated by a venue or supplier.
Behaviour & respect
We want everyone to have an amazing time, but our suppliers also need to keep their staff, customers and other guests safe.
Antisocial, threatening, abusive or excessively disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
If your behaviour results in you being asked to leave an activity or venue, we cannot accept responsibility for the resulting costs or any unused portion of the booking.
Alcohol & intoxication
You’re on holiday, we know the drinks may flow!
However, suppliers have the right to refuse participation if they believe someone is too intoxicated or otherwise unfit to take part safely.
If an activity is cancelled or a participant is refused entry because of intoxication, the cost will not be refundable and Pink Monkey cannot accept responsibility for the cancellation.
Damage & security deposits
If a member of your group causes damage to a venue, vehicle, equipment or other property, the person responsible, or the booking group where applicable, will be responsible for the resulting costs.
For certain higher risk activities or bookings, the supplier may require a security deposit.
Where required, we may ask for card details and the supplier may place a €300 security authorisation on the card. This is not a charge and will be released provided there is no damage or other claim.
The amount and requirements may vary depending on the supplier.
Acceptance of these terms
By making a booking with Pink Monkey Stag and Hen, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply alongside any specific terms provided for your individual booking or by the relevant activity or service provider.
